Can we cancel GC-applied orders?

Please note that orders made using a gift certificate cannot be cancelled. The amount on the gift certificate is meant for single use only; once applied, it cannot be refunded or credited back to your account.

We advise you to reconsider your decision carefully before proceeding with a cancellation request, as the amount on the gift certificate will be forfeited.
