How can we redeem Gift certificates if it is expired?

Gift certificates are issued with an expiry date which is mentioned on them, and you are required to use them before this date.

However, if there are special circumstances that prevent you from using your gift certificate before it expires, you may request an extension. Please send your request along with the reason for the delay to gifts@sofworld.org. Our team will review your case and notify you of their decision.
