All MTG orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Delivery timelines are counted after dispatch and may vary based on your location and courier partner.

Estimated delivery time (after dispatch):

• Metro & Capital Cities: 3–5 days
• Rest of India: 5–7 days
• North East & Jammu & Kashmir: 6–10 days
• International Orders: 7–10 days

Note: Delays may occur due to operational issues, remote locations, public holidays, weather, or courier constraints.

Returns for Physical Books (Paperback)

• Physical books can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and properly packed.
• Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
• Partial quantity returns are allowed.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 2 weeks after MTG receives and checks the returned product.
• Refund is issued to the original payment method.

Digital Products (Special Conditions Apply)

Digital products such as eBooks, OSDS, and Online Test Series are generally non-returnable/non-refundable, but requests may be accepted in specific cases:

• eBooks: refund may be considered only if the download link has expired, the download count is unused, and the request is made within 7 days after link expiry. No refund/exchange if downloaded even once.
• OSDS: refund/exchange may be considered for duplicate purchase or if activation email is not received within 24 hours.
• Online Test Series: refund may be considered within 24–48 hours of purchase only if no test has been taken.

Coaching Classes

Coaching class fees are not refundable. Only in special circumstances will the request be accepted. In such cases, the parent/student must place the request after joining the first class/session only.

Gift Certificate Orders

Refund or cancellation of orders placed through Gift Certificates (GC) will not be entertained, as it is a single-use amount. Once used, the amount will not be credited back.

Exchange Policy

Please review products carefully before purchase. Exchanges are allowed only in specific cases:

• Physical books: exchange request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
• Digital products: exchange may be considered only if the download link expires and the download count remains unused, or if a class upgrade is requested (example: Class 2 ordered instead of Class 10) before any downloads/activity.
• Subject exchange for the same class is not permitted.

Final approval for digital exchanges lies with MTG Learning Media Pvt. Ltd..

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, email order@mtg.in within 24 hours of placing the order.

Subject line: "Cancel Order Number XXXXXX"

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
